• Transform raw data into meaningful information for the organization.
• Integrate data sources to maximize analytical output, including querying and transforming data with SQL.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards for decision makers.
• Apply advanced analytics, visualization tools, and strategic thinking to business challenges.
• Mine data to identify root causes for resident and site outcomes and improve decision-making.
• Develop predictive insights for business development and growth opportunities.

About you

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in an analytical role, including dashboard, reporting solution, and data-pipeline creation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and transformation; experience with Power BI for visualization.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a continuous-learning mindset.
• Interest in healthcare and/or improving quality services and care for seniors.

Preferred credentials

• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or SQL certifications are assets.
