Role overview

This Business Intelligence Analyst / Analytics Engineer bridges data infrastructure and business strategy, supporting Revenue Operations, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders.

The role builds data models and pipelines, supports a migration from Alteryx to dbt, and applies advanced analytics and AI/LLM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead migration of legacy Alteryx workflows to dbt; build documented and tested models that provide a single source of truth.
  • Manage and monitor Dagster or Airflow pipelines for reliability and performance in the Redshift warehouse.
  • Translate technical data structures and findings for non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing ROI and business impact.
  • Explore AI and LLM applications and collaborate on machine learning for churn prediction, lead scoring, and other analytics use cases.
  • Provide Tableau KPI visibility for initiatives such as Account Based Marketing and Customer Health scoring.

Essential qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.
  • Production-grade dbt data modeling experience and hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
  • Advanced SQL and experience with Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Experience building stakeholder-facing Tableau dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

Preferred qualifications

  • Alteryx experience is highly beneficial for the migration.
  • Python and interest in or a portfolio of LLM applications and machine learning, including Amazon SageMaker.
  • Advanced Tableau dashboards and Tableau Online or Server experience.
  • Salesforce-specific data modeling and experience with customer engagement datasets exceeding one million rows.

Compensation

  • Expected annual base salary range is USD 84,225–140,375.
  • Position is bonus eligible and commission-based.
