AI Specialist Revenue Operations (India Remote)

Role Overview

Core Areas of Impact

• Build AI agents, automations, and integrations against defined specifications.
• Establish and run evaluations that evidence AI agent performance.
• Maintain knowledge bases and data used by grounded AI agents.
• Monitor live AI workloads and own first-line diagnosis of failures.
• Support technical and security review for production readiness.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build automations and AI agent features using prompt development, retrieval, and knowledge grounding.
• Author evaluation test cases, extend coverage, and report on agent performance.
• Curate knowledge bases, content, and data, and prepare data for agent consumption.
• Monitor live workloads, resolve issues within scope, and escalate remaining issues with a technical diagnosis.
• Build and maintain integrations with Revenue Operations systems through APIs and workflow orchestration tooling.
• Assemble technical documentation, complete security and access reviews, and prepare release and rollback notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reusable patterns for AI workloads.
• Contribute to the AI orchestration platform under technical direction.
• Explain AI workload behavior and limitations to non-technical colleagues.
• Use user feedback to improve agent quality and reliability.

Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge base systems.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript sufficient to extend an existing codebase.
• Practical experience integrating REST APIs, including authentication and failure handling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
• Excellent written communication for documenting technical findings for a mixed audience.
• Legal eligibility for authorized employment within the Philippines region.
• Fluent verbal and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation or orchestration platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Technical exposure to CRM or sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or AI system evaluation.
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or incident diagnosis.
• Experience with knowledge management, content curation, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Experience with conversational or voice AI platforms.
• Knowledge of or experience in the EdTech sector.
• A technical discipline degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
