About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head – Data Security to lead and scale the Data Security business unit across the Middle East region.

The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic vendor relationships, expanding enterprise customer engagement, and building a high-performing sales and technical team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cyber security distribution, value-added reselling, or system integration, with deep exposure to data security technologies such as DLP, encryption, data governance, identity security, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L management for the Data Security business unit across the region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with leading cyber security vendors focused on Data Security solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and market trends within the cyber security landscape.
  • Drive large enterprise and government deals from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful business execution.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead sales and technical teams to support business expansion.
  • Develop go-to-market plans, channel enablement programs, and vendor growth strategies.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews, forecasts, pipeline analysis, and management reports.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account development.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–18 years of experience in Cyber Security, with strong exposure to Data Security solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading a business unit, managing P&L, and driving regional growth.
  • Strong network within enterprise, government, banking, telecom, and large commercial sectors across the Middle East.
  • Experience working with cyber security vendors, distributors, or system integrators.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in managing enterprise sales cycles and large strategic deals.
