🚀 We’re Hiring \| Platform Growth / Category Manager – Commercial IT
📍 UAE \| Redington Middle East
At Redington, we are driving the future of technology distribution through digital platforms, partner ecosystem growth, and next-generation commercial IT solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional with experience in Enterprise IT, Infrastructure, Software, Cloud, or Security sales within the vendor/distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Drive revenue growth for Commercial IT accounts
✔ Manage SMB & Mid-market partner ecosystems
✔ Drive Cloud, Back-to-Back, Software & Renewals business
✔ Develop quarterly sales and category growth plans
✔ Work on merchandising, forecasting, pricing & inventory strategies
✔ Improve partner adoption and platform transactions
✔ Collaborate with sales, CRM, operations & product teams to drive business objectives
What We’re Looking For
✅ 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / IT Distribution
✅ Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics
✅ Experience in partner management and project-led business environments
✅ Strong analytical, stakeholder management & communication skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
