Overview
Role The Business Director is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the agency s Riyadh operations.
Positioned at the intersection of client leadership, team development, and marketing innovation, this role oversees a multi-disciplinary Marcom team delivering high-quality, insight-driven, and digital enabled solutions for a digital platform.
The BD will lead client relationships, guide project execution, and ensure agency offerings remain ahead of market trends and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and retention.
Lead strategic discussions, performance reviews, and campaign planning sessions.
Translate client needs into creative, media, and strategic solutions that align with both product goals and user needs.
Protect and grow the agency-client relationship through trust, responsiveness, and proactive thinking. 2.
Business Development Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client scopes and across government, semi-government, and digital-first sectors.
Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
Work with agency leadership to craft commercial strategies, negotiate contracts, and close high-value engagements. 3.
Multi-Disciplinary Team Leadership Oversee the Riyadh-based team spanning: Account Management Strategy & Data Analytics Creative (Art, Copy, Motion) Media (Digital & Search) Social Media Engagement & CRM Duties include: Building a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
