- Build and maintain strong executive level relationships with key customers, clinicians, KOLs, and strategic partners.
Cross Functional & Matrix Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Global PI, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Ensure end to end compliance with BD quality systems, regulatory requirements, and business conduct standards.
- Drive operational rigor, performance management, and continuous improvement.
People & Organization Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a
- high performing regional UCC leadership team
