Job Overview:
BM Events is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our expanding team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the expansion of our presence in the events, hospitality, and staffing sectors across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Riyadh and the broader KSA market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including hotels, event planners, and corporate clients.
- Lead Generation: Utilize market research, networking, and cold outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Develop and present compelling proposals, quotations, and service presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, HR, accounts) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand business opportunities and the company’s network.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM system to track sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the events, hospitality, or staffing sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market is a strong advantage.
- License: Valid driving license (preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
