Business Development Manager
About This Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the company's existing customer leads, introduce the company and its products to potential clients, identify customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prospect for potential clients, promote products effectively, and expand sales coverage.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, and develop corresponding sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct business negotiations with clients to close deals, coordinate pre-sales and technical support resources, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Solid market analysis and judgment skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal savvy, with an approachable and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit.
