Role Overview
Build and grow enterprise and government relationships across Saudi Arabia from initial conversation through POC and signed contract.
Own outbound prospecting and lead qualification while partnering with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage target account lists across banking, fintech, healthcare, government, and other key sectors.
- Run Arabic and English outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp, and follow up on inbound leads.
- Qualify leads and run discovery calls with decision-makers in Customer Experience, IT, Digital Transformation, and business teams.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and industry partners and identify Voice AI and AI agent use cases.
- Represent SARJ at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings.
- Own discovery, solution design coordination, demos, POCs, proposals, government procurement, negotiation, deal closure, and handover.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or enterprise sales with large organizations such as banks, fintechs, or government entities.
- Native Arabic with a Saudi dialect and professional English.
- Proven record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government landscape.
- Comfort discussing integrations, APIs, telephony, and related systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, CRM, and sales tool skills.
