Role Description

we are looking for part-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and closing the deal , conducting market research to understand trends and opportunities, and generating leads.

The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service to maintain and deepen relationships with current and prospective clients.

Strategic planning and collaboration with internal teams will be key elements of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and successfully closing deals with them through platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Conduct outreach and initiate meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Generate and qualify leads, and support in converting them into clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and companies
  • Promote company services in a professional and engaging manner
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Support in organizing workshops, events, and corporate programs
  • Deliver excellent customer experience to nurture long-term relationships

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience in

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset to support decision-making and strategy
  • At least 2-3 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Interest or experience in
  • wellness, coaching, or personal development

(preferred)

  • Ability to organize and coordinate workshops or events
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
