The company provides fully sponsored, licensed, insured, and trained motorcycle and car riders who represent client brands at the doorstep across Qatar.

RyderX serves restaurants, pharmacies, retailers, e‑commerce brands, and delivery platforms with both urgent express runs and high‑volume scheduled routes.

By combining compliant rider employment with GPS tracking, performance analytics, and dedicated account management, RyderX offers scalable delivery capacity within 48–72 hours.

This approach helps organizations turn delivery operations into a measurable competitive advantage supported by clear contracts and transparent monthly reporting.

Role Description

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients such as restaurants, retailers, pharmacies, and logistics platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading client meetings, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations.

The specialist will collaborate closely with operations and account management to design feasible service packages, support pricing discussions, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and feedback to help refine RyderX’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify target segments, qualify opportunities, and map key decision-makers.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, evaluate market trends, and support pricing and business case development.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in logistics, delivery services, or B2B services.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills and knowledge of the Qatar business landscape are advantageous.
