The company provides professionally managed motorcycle and car riders for restaurants, pharmacies, retailers, e‑commerce brands, and delivery platforms across Qatar.
All riders are fully sponsored, licensed, insured, and trained to represent client brands professionally at the doorstep.
RyderX combines compliant rider employment with GPS tracking, performance analytics, and dedicated account management to deliver high standards of service.
Businesses benefit from scalable delivery capacity within 48–72 hours, clear contracts, and transparent monthly reporting.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bike Rider role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Bike Rider will pick up and deliver orders from restaurants, pharmacies, retailers, and other partners to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
include following assigned routes, using navigation tools, handling packages with care, and ensuring accurate order verification at pickup and drop-off points.
The rider will maintain safe driving practices, keep the motorcycle clean and roadworthy, and comply with local traffic laws and company safety standards.
The role also involves clear communication with dispatch, promptly reporting delays or issues, and providing courteous, brand-aligned customer service at every delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Qatar motorcycle driving license and a safe driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier, or similar on-road role.
- Ability to use GPS, map applications, and smartphone-based delivery apps confidently.
- Strong time management, route planning, and basic navigation skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude, professional appearance, and courteous behavior at all times.
- Physical ability to ride for extended periods and handle packages safely within reasonable weight limits.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with Doha streets and neighborhoods is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
