Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Business Development Specialist.
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to develop and manage corporate clients, channel partners, and business networks for UAE company formation services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing professional consultation on company formation, corporate structuring, and related business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and direct sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations with business owners and corporate decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities for smooth processing of licenses, visas, and approvals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep updated with UAE business regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy, B2B sales, or corporate sales.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and government regulations.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
