About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a passion for the media and creative production industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing high-value projects in the media and arts sector among other targeted industries
This is a Flexible Work arrangement, perfect for a self-starter who excels in networking and project acquisition
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, including agencies, corporate brands, and independent creators to secure new projects
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the media and entertainment industry
Project Acquisition: Pitch services effectively, and close deals to meet growth targets
Market Strategy: Research industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities in media and artistic production
Coordination & Organization: Act as a bridge between clients and the team
Qualifications
- Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience within the business development role
- Proven track record in Business Development preferably within the Media, Creative Agency, or Film Production sectors
- Language: Arabic and professional fluency in English (written and verbal) are essential
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Attributes: Highly organized, creative thinker, and able to work independently under a flexible schedule
- Network: A strong existing network within the media/artistic industry is a significant advantage
