Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth within the sports nutrition and fitness industry.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health, fitness, and performance products, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across gyms, fitness centers, sports clubs, wellness facilities, retail stores, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product introductions, and partnership discussions with decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the sports nutrition and fitness sector.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, activations, and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback updates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals professionally.
- Support brand visibility through events, networking, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, FMCG, or sports nutrition industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of UAE fitness and wellness market is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
