Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support commercial growth across our brands by improving product performance, strengthening market positioning, and identifying actionable opportunities to increase sales across channels.
This is a
hands-on role focused
on execution, market understanding, and continuous improvement of how products are presented, offered, and sold.
1. Commercial Performance & Execution
- Improve product performance across e-commerce and retail channels
- Identify gaps in product presentation, pricing, and offers that impact sales
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve sell-through and conversion
- Monitor product performance and take corrective actions.
2. Business Development
- Identify opportunities for new products, bundles, and line extensions
- Evaluate market needs and recommend commercially viable ideas
- Support expansion within existing channels through improved product offerings
- Assess pricing, positioning, and competitiveness.
3. Consumer & Market Insight
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and sales data
- Identify key drivers and barriers to purchase
- Translate insights into actionable improvements in offers, messaging, and product positioning.
4. Marketing Direction & Execution Support
- Define product messaging and positioning based on what drives purchase decisions
- Support development of marketing content and campaigns (in coordination with internal/external teams)
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with commercial objectives.
5. E-Commerce & Customer Experience
- Optimize product pages, content, and structure to improve conversion
- Support improvements in online customer journey and experience
- Recommend changes that improve engagement and retention.
6. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key metrics (sales, conversion, engagement) across channels
- Test different offers, bundles, and messaging approaches
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on performance.
Requirements Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, e-commerce, or commercial roles
- Experience in FMCG, DTC, or consumer brands is preferred.
