- **What you'll be doing*** Immersing yourself in every aspect of product creation, from generating innovative ideas to launching game-changing solutions within wealth and trading and private banking
- Building business cases and modelling to detail the prospective commercial impact
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and prioritising deals based on impact
- Skillfully negotiating and finalising industry-defining deals on behalf of Revolut
- Partnering with wealth and trading industry leaders to develop and launch products and features, driving Revolut's continued rapid growth
- Building and managing highly impactful relationships with key players
- Taking ownership of these relationships, serving as a main point of contact both internally and externally, representing the company with pride
- Working closely with the Product and Operations teams to ensure flawless project implementation
- Executing until project go-live and then owning and optimising performance
- **What you'll need*** 3+ years in a top-tier consulting firm, fast growing tech company, or top fintech startup
- Impressive business acumen and/or business development experience
- Experience in management consulting
- Knowledge of negotiation and deal-making
- Evidence of solid financial modelling and analytical skills
- To be an avid and quick learner, with a desire to make an impact
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data

- An interest in the financial industry
- To thrive as part of an international team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- **Nice to have*** Proficiency in SQL
- **Compensation range*** Krakow: PLN16,600 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN16,600 - PLN20,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
