- We are seeking experienced Business Development professionals with a strong track record in Contract Staffing / Outsourcing / Workforce Solutions / Talent Acquisition.
- The successful candidates will bring:
- 5 – 10+ years of UAE market experience within staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions
- Strong relationships across corporate, government, semi-government, or industrial sectors
- Commercial maturity and credibility in engaging senior stakeholders
- A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to business development
- High levels of accountability, resilience, and execution capability
