Business development manager role focused on staff augmentation and workforce solutions in Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure staff augmentation and outsourcing opportunities across Qatar.
- Build relationships with HR, procurement, and business leader stakeholders.
- Drive sales from lead generation through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support resource deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop account plans and expand existing client relationships.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, or a related field.
- At least three years of business development experience in Qatar.
- Strong experience in staff augmentation, manpower outsourcing, recruitment services, or workforce solutions.
- Demonstrated success winning and managing staffing contracts with government and enterprise clients.
- Strong network within Qatar’s business community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and outsourcing practices is highly desirable.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
