Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop UAE business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Develop business development strategies and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations, and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on client acquisition and relationship management.
- Monitor market developments and provide insights for business planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve commercial objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or Chinese is advantageous depending on the role.
- Experience at a well-known multinational, established regional business, or reputable industry leader is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and local business environment is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
