- . مهمتك الأساسية هي بناء جسر من الثقة مع المكاتب العقارية الرائدة وإقناعهم بالانتقال من الإعلانات التقليدية إلى مستقبل العقارات الرقمي.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- **التوسع الميداني:**
- زيارة المكاتب والشركات العقارية في مدينة الشارقة، كلباء، وخورفكان لبناء شراكات قوية وطويلة الأمد.
- **عرض المنصة:**
- تقديم شروحات عملية للوكلاء حول كيفية استخدام ميزات "البث المباشر" و عقاراتهم بشكل واقعي وجذاب.
- **إدارة الشراكات:**
- العمل كمستشار للشركات العقارية لمساعدتها على تحويل قوائم عقاراتها التقليدية إلى محتوى فيديو تفاعلي عالي الجودة.
- **تحقيق الأهداف:**
- إدارة دورة المبيعات بالكامل، من أول زيارة للمكتب العقاري وحتى تفعيل حساباتهم وبدء أول بث مباشر لهم.
- **دراسة السوق:**
- جمع الملاحظات من وكلاء العقارات في المنطقة لتطوير خدماتنا بما يتناسب مع احتياجات سوق الشارقة والمنطقة الشرقية.
- المتطلبات:
- **مهارات التواصل:**
- القدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع أصحاب المكاتب والوكلاء العقاريين.
- **الروح الريادية:**
- شخصية مبادرة تحب العمل الميداني والبحث عن الفرص (Hunter Mentality).
- **اللغات:**
- اللغة العربية هي الأساس، ويعد
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية كبيرة
- .
- **التنقل:**
- يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة إماراتية وسيارة خاصة للقيام بالجولات الميدانية.
key responsibilities
- **Regional Outreach:**
- Identify and meet with leading real estate agencies and independent brokers across Sharjah City, Kalba, and Khorfakkan.
- **Platform Evangelism:**
- Conduct professional demos showing agents how to use our "Live Stream" and "Smart Reels" features to close deals faster and build trust with investors.
- **Strategic Consulting:**
- Act as a partner to agencies, helping them transition their traditional listings into high-engagement, unedited video content.
- **Account Onboarding:**
- Manage the full sales cycle—from the initial "cold" visit to final account setup and the launching of their first live tour.
- **Local Market Intelligence:**
- Gather feedback from agents in the East Coast to help our product team refine features specifically for the Sharjah property market.
Requirements
- **The "Hunter" Mentality:**
- You are a self-starter who is comfortable walking into offices, networking at local events, and building a portfolio from the ground up.
- **Tech-Savvy:**
- You must be able to confidently explain mobile app features and the benefits of live-streaming technology.
- **Communication:**
- Fluent in Arabic is essential for local office relations.
- Proficiency in English is a significant plus
- for coordinating with the tech team and international investors.
- **Mobility:**
- Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for field visits across the emirate.
