Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh.
The Business Development Manager will oversee strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and foster growth.
Responsibilities
include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and delivering impactful presentations.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives will also be essential.
This role requires a solutions-focused approach to meeting client needs and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and proven expertise in identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and formulate growth strategies
- Project management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with client relationship management and maintaining long-term professional partnerships
- Proficiency with business development tools and software, as well as financial planning and reporting
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site work environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
