- تسعى شركة ترف للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري إلى استقطاب شريك استراتيجي في وظيفة مدير تطوير الأعمال، يتمتع بخبرة عميقة في تطوير الفرص التجارية وتحديد الشراكات الاستراتيجية وتعزيز نمو المحفظة العقارية. سيكون الشريك جزءاً من فريق القيادة ويساهم بشكل رئيسي في تحديد وتفعيل استراتيجيات النمو وتوسيع قنوات الإيرادات والتوسع في الأسواق المستهدفة.
- المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تحديد فرص النمو والتوسع في محفظة الشركة وتقييم جدوى الشراكات والصفقات المحتملة.
- بناء وتفعيل شبكة علاقات استراتيجية مع مطورين، مستثمرين، وشركاء قيد التطوير لضمان تدفق مشاريع جديدة.
- إدارة دورة حياة مشاريع تطوير الأعمال من المفهوم حتى الإغلاق، بما في ذلك إعداد العروض والقيام بالمفاوضات والاتفاقيات.
- وضع خطط العمل والميزانيات والمقاييس الأداء ومراقبة تقدم المشاريع والتأكد من تحقيق أهداف النمو.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق والتطوير العقاري لتنسيق الجهود وتحقيق التآزر المؤسسي.
- تحليل الأسواق والاتجاهات وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية لإدراج مشاريع جديدة في المحفظة.
- تمثيل الشركة في المحافل والعميات التفاوضية الكبرى مع الشركاء المحتملين.
- المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة
- خبرة استراتيجية في تطوير الأعمال ضمن قطاع التطوير العقاري والاستثمار، ما لا يقل عن 10 سنوات.
- سجل حافل في إجراء صفقات شراكة وتعاون ناجحة وتوسيع محفظة المشاريع.
- قدرات تفاوضية عالية ومهارات اتصال مؤثرة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- فهم قوي للسوق العقاري المحلي والدولي وتحليل جدوى الأعمال.
- قدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف والعمل بشكل مستقل مع مسؤوليات كبيرة.
- مهارات استخدام أدوات التحليل وإعداد العروض والتقارير المالية والاقتصادية.
- روح ريادية، قدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي، ومرونة عالية في بيئة سريعة التغير.
- المؤهلات التعليمية
- شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، الهندسة المدنية/أو تخصص ذات صلة. يفضل وجود ماجستير أو شهادات متخصصة في التطوير العقاري أو إدارة المشاريع.
