Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth across our client portfolio, including loyalty and rewards platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong UAE market knowledge, an existing network, and a passion for building high-impact brand collaborations across industries such as F&B, retail, lifestyle, healthcare, and services.

Key Responsibilitiespartnership Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brand partners across key categories
  • Own and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners
  • Drive end-to-end deal cycles from prospect clients to closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure long-term engagement
  • Build strong relationships to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Strategic Collaborations

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative partnership models (discounts, rewards, bundled offers, co-marketing campaigns)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch impactful campaigns for partners

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitor activity, and new partnership opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to strengthen partner value propositions

Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) for seamless onboarding and execution
  • Ensure proper documentation of deals, contracts, and deliverables
  • Track and report partnership performance and ROI

Requirementsexperience & Background

  • Minimum **4+ years of experience** in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales in the UAE
  • Experience in **loyalty programs, aggregators, or marketplaces** is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable using **AI tools and digital platforms** to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Network

  • Existing network across F&B, retail, lifestyle, or healthcare sectors is a strong advantage
