Overview

Our Client is a luxury-focused, design-led company delivering bespoke residential and mixed-use projects across the UAE.

Known for architectural excellence, precision execution, and ultra-high-end delivery, we work with private clients, developers, and partners on some of the region’s most exclusive projects.

The Role

  • We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win new design & build projects.
  • This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on originating opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into secured projects.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new design & build and turnkey projects.
  • Build relationships with clients, architects, consultants, developers, and family offices.
  • Engage early at concept and pre-construction stages.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Represent Company at industry events and client meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve growth targets.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant business development experience, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Experience in luxury design & build, high-end fit-out, construction, architecture, interior design, or luxury real estate.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value projects.
  • Strong UAE network with private clients, developers, consultants, and architects.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Impressive personality, executive presence, and impeccable personal presentation.
  • Experience dealing with UHNW clients and senior executives.
  • Exceptional English communication skills; international exposure preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
