Hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading Group based in UAE

Responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base across both B2B and B2C sectors.
The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts for landscape design, construction, and maintenance services with real estate developers, hospitality groups, and corporate organizations.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling across sectors such as real estate, commercial retail, and hospitality.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with developers, landscape architects, project managers, and facility directors.
- Collaborate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical submissions, tenders, and customized client proposals.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and convert client requirements into detailed project scopes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company profitability and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and material costs to support business growth and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of landscape design, irrigation systems, plant palettes, and seasonal maintenance operations.
