Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the interior fit-out industry to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and secure new projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within fit-out, construction, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry
- Strong network within the UAE market (consultants, contractors, developers)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
