Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering strong client relationships, and managing accounts.
You will work on developing effective strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and client success.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business strategy and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business productivity software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IT consulting or digital solutions industry is a plus
