Develop new business opportunities across the GCC for technology and business solutions.
Meet potential clients and senior decision-makers, build relationships, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan territories across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, including target sectors and accounts.
- Prospect through face-to-face visits, networks, referrals, and follow-up meetings; build senior client relationships.
- Represent the company at business events and conduct discovery meetings covering client needs, stakeholders, and budgets.
- Position technology services, AI and automation, and BPO solutions; work with solution architects to qualify opportunities.
- Hand over qualified opportunities and support proposals and negotiations.
- Build referral partnerships with technology partners, systems integrators, advisory firms, and business setup consultants.
- Maintain same-day CRM visit and meeting records; report pipeline, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Coach and accompany Field Sales Development Representatives as the team grows.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in B2B field sales or business development, including at least 4 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO, consulting, or staffing services.
- At least 3 years of GCC experience and an established network of senior technology, finance, and operations decision-makers.
- Proven account opening through face-to-face prospecting and relationship building; experience selling in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of procurement and vendor registration.
- Experience generating opportunities that convert into multi-year or recurring-revenue contracts.
- Valid UAE driving licence and current UAE residence.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level clients.
