Business Development Manager (Fit-out)
About This Role
Our client, a well-established company in the fit-out and design & build industry, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the fit-out and design & build sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi
- Leverage existing industry networks to generate leads and drive sales
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development within the fit-out and design & build industry
- Strong network and established connections in Abu Dhabi is essential
- Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- UAE driving license preferred
