Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager FF&E** with a strong background in sales and business development within the interior fit-out industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting FF&E projects from concept development through project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new FF&E and interior fit-out business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, interior designers, architects, and contractors
- Lead client presentations, prepare proposals, and manage commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and successful delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth
Requirements
- ***Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E and interior fit-out sales or business*** ***development***
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, furniture layouts, finishes, and materials
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Language
- Must be fluent in both ***English and Arabic***
