Requirements
- More than 5 years of Business Development Manager experience in the UAE market.
- Construction chemicals experience is preferred.
- Proven sales experience with large-scale projects and long sales cycles.
- Experience in project management or coordinating multiple teams for project execution.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and relationships with main contractors and consultants.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship abilities.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
