Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager.
Based in Dubai, the role allows for a mix of in-office and remote work.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new opportunities for growth, building and nurturing relationships with professionals and organizations, coordinating networking events, and implementing strategies to expand the group’s reach and impact.
Additional responsibilities include market research, engaging with stakeholders, and developing plans to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills to establish connections and partnerships.
- Strategic planning and business development experience to identify opportunities and foster growth.
- Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills to manage and execute monthly events effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of professionals and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person and remote work effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience engaging with professional or community
