Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new property owners, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental units across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new property owners for holiday home listings
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow inventory.
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and manage partnership agreements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Track performance metrics and report on sales pipeline and growth
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong network within Dubai real estate or holiday homes market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
