Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of international healthy snack brands and franchise opportunities.
This role is critical in expanding our portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with global brands looking to enter or scale within the UAE market.

Brand & Franchise Acquisition
- Identify and source international healthy snack brands and franchise opportunities aligned with Better Bites’ vision.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners across key global markets (Europe, North America, Asia, etc.).
- Evaluate brand potential, product-market fit, and commercial viability for the UAE market.
Partnership Development
- Initiate and manage negotiations with brand owners, distributors, and franchise operators.
- Structure and close distribution, licensing, or franchise agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international partners during onboarding.
Market Expansion Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand in the healthy snacks segment.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for newly acquired brands.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with global partners and stakeholders.
- Represent Better Bites at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Financial & Performance Analysis
- Prepare business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses for potential partnerships.
- Monitor performance of acquired brands and optimize growth strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6+ years of experience in business development, brand acquisition, or international partnerships (FMCG or food industry).
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing international deals.
- Strong understanding of the healthy food/snack industry and global trends.
- Experience working with franchises or distribution agreements is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
