Job Description
- We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships that propel our organization forward.
- The ideal candidate will combine visionary thinking with decisive action, demonstrating the ability to navigate the dynamic UAE market while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive organizational growth and revenue expansion
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives and market dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement and networking
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships while ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Monitor and analyze business development metrics, sales performance, and market trends to optimize strategy and performance
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals
- Strong understanding of financial principles, P&L management, and business metrics
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, networking, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Preferred: Experience in the UAE or Middle East market and familiarity with regional business practices
- Preferred: Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our organization's sector
- Preferred: Data analysis capabilities and digital marketing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
