Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and target SMEs across the UAE for IT support and managed services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Pitch RemoteWorksIT services with clear value (cost saving + full IT coverage)
- Understand client pain points and propose suitable IT solutions
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposal → closing
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow-ups
- Close new business and support onboarding with the technical team
- Build long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in **B2B sales**, preferably IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Strong ability to **close deals independently** (not just generate leads)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and disciplined — able to work without supervision
- Existing UAE business network is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with Salary & **commission-based earnings** ,performance-driven roles
- Understanding of IT services (helpdesk, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure) is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on revenue generation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
