About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy **Business Development Manager** to drive growth across our core service lines, including Audit, Tax, Company Formation, and Financial Advisory.
This role is for a strategic "hunter" who can hit the ground running, with a focus on high-volume lead generation and immediate results starting from the first month.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** Utilize expert techniques to identify and qualify high-value leads across the UAE market.
- **Strategic Execution:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, creating long-term value through meticulous planning.
- **Service Excellence:** Drive sales for specialized financial services, including **Audit & Assurance, Tax Compliance, and Company Formation.**
- **Client Management:** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing the relationship from the initial pitch through to successful onboarding and retention.
- **Growth Mindset:** Proactively learn new industry skills and identify emerging opportunities to expand our business footprint.
Requirements
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in delivering results within financial advisory, business consulting, or corporate services.
- **Sales Expertise:** Advanced skills in prospecting and lead generation with a focus on hitting volume targets immediately.
- **Relationship Skills:** Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and C-level executives.
- **Target-Driven:** Ability to cover base-level volume requirements from the **first month** of employment.
- **Adaptability:** A desire to explore new business development avenues and continuously upgrade professional skills.
What We Offer
- **Base Salary:** AED 7,000 – 8,000 (Based on experience).
- **Incentives:** Competitive, performance-based commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.

- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
