ELiconsult operates a proprietary Developer Inventory Search Engine transforming how Dubai real estate brokerages access off-plan and ready units, developer needs, and live inventory updates.
We solve the industry's critical fragmentation problem by giving brokerage firms priority access to developer inventory through a single platform—no end-clients, no property viewings, no transaction paperwork.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to sell platform memberships directly to real estate brokerage companies across Dubai.
This is a **pure B2B sales role**—you will engage exclusively with brokerage owners and decision-makers, not property buyers or investors.Your objective: Onboard brokerage firms as ELiconsult members through monthly or annual subscription packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage real estate brokerage companies in Dubai
- Conduct product demonstrations of our Developer Inventory Search Engine
- Close membership subscriptions and build a sustainable lead pipeline
- Maintain weekly activity reporting and CRM updates
- Leverage existing broker relationships and data to accelerate revenue generation from Day 1
- **Mandatory Requirements** *(Candidates not meeting ALL criteria will not be considered)*
- **Proven Dubai Real Estate Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years working within Dubai's real estate brokerage sector or in direct B2B sales to brokerages. You must understand brokerage operations, inventory pain points, and have **existing broker data/contacts** to generate business immediately.
- **Immediate Revenue Capability:** Must be able to generate business from Day 1 using your established network and broker database.
- **Visa Status:** Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Freelance, Spouse, Parent, or Golden Visa) with **minimum 6 months remaining validity**. No company sponsorship or visa processing provided.
- **Language:** Excellent spoken and written English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
- **Mindset:** Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a performance-based environment with minimal supervision.
Critical Compensation Structure — Read Carefully
- **AED 15,000/month base salary is offered ONLY upon meeting monthly sales targets.**
- **No target met \= No salary offered. Only commission will be paid.**
- Commission is uncapped and paid on all closed deals regardless of target achievement.
