Job Title: Real Estate Data Entry Operator (Brochure & Layout Specialist)
**Salary:** 3,500 AED/month
**Visa Requirement:** Own visa / Freelance visa / Sponsored visa (No company visa provided)
About the Role
We are looking for a **detail-oriented Data Entry Operator** with **real estate experience** to join our office in Business Bay.
You must understand **real estate brochures, layouts, and property listings** to accurately enter and format data.
Without real estate experience, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update property listings (apartments, villas, offices, etc.) into company systems and portals.
- Prepare and format **brochures and unit layouts** (bedroom distribution, size, view, etc.).
- Ensure all real estate data (price, area, BUA, handover date, developer name) is correct.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for accurate listing presentations.
- Maintain an organized digital database for off-plan and ready properties.
- Work from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, on time daily.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- **Experience in Dubai real estate** (minimum 1 year) – handling brochures, layouts, and property data.
- **Own visa** (no company visa sponsorship available).
- Strong understanding of **real estate terminology** (e.g., studio, 1BR, duplex, penthouse, layout orientation).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign is a plus).
- Can work independently with high accuracy.
- Punctual – able to be at our Business Bay office from 9 AM to 6 PM.
