Business Development Manager

Role Overview

1. Business Development & Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead partnership development with schools, corporates, and community organizations
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify expansion opportunities
• Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and exhibitions

2. Program Design & Management

• Design, implement, and manage innovative STEAM-based programs and workshops
• Oversee full program lifecycle: ideation, planning, execution, and evaluation
• Ensure programs align with client needs and business objectives
• Continuously improve offerings based on feedback and performance metrics

3. Sales & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive program enrollment and partnerships
• Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, and outreach
• Position programs effectively for different target audiences (schools, parents, corporates)

4. Operations & Event Management

• Plan and manage on-site and off-site events (workshops, exhibitions, conferences)
• Oversee smooth day-to-day program execution and logistics
• Coordinate participation in international events and trade shows
• Ensure high-quality participant experience and engagement

5. Financial & Performance Management

• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Track KPIs and program performance metrics
• Analyze data to generate insights and inform strategic decisions

6. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, education, operations)
• Support and guide facilitators and program staff
• Foster a creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Design, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, program management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of **STEAM education, creative learning, or experiential programs**
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end

• Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience in education, edtech, creative labs, or innovation spaces
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
