We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role suited to someone who thrives on winning new business and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and convert leads into sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to closing
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Represent the Easigrass brand to the highest standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE residential communities and villa developments preferred
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
- Confident closer with a strong sales mindset
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving licence (essential)
