Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in IT sales or technology solution selling
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
