Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing interior fit‑out projects across commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
The role focuses on lead generation, tender acquisition, client engagement, and market expansion while supporting revenue and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals as per defined monthly targets in coordination with estimation team.
- Provide weekly updates on sales pipeline and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
& Competencies
- Strong understanding of interior fit‑out processes, costing, and project workflows.
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into awarded projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and tender tracking systems preferred.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of business development experience within fit‑out, construction, or interiors.
- Proven track record of winning fit‑out projects and achieving sales targets.
- UAE market experience and established industry connections preferred.
