Job Title: Business Development Manager – Curtains & Blinds
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the curtains and blinds industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client base, and building long-term relationships within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in curtains & blinds or related interior industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and close deals independently
- Strong client network within the UAE market is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary with attractive commission structure
- Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
- Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
