Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Dubai.
The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will conduct market research, develop strategic partnerships, and create tailored solutions for clients' specific payment needs.
They will lead negotiations, contribute to marketing and sales strategies, and ensure the company's goals are met.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Building
- Market Research and Data Analysis capabilities to identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of Payment Processing, Payment Solutions, and Financial Technology trends
- Proven ability to strategize and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in leading projects or teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the payments or financial technology industry preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across merchants, PSPs, banks, and fintech partners
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Finera’s payment orchestration solutions
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent Finera at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Track performance metrics, sales forecasts, and reporting to senior leadership
- Maintain deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations in payments
- Stay ahead of industry trends including open banking, APMs, and cross-border payments
