About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the curtains and blinds industry to support sales growth and expand our client base across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and deliver product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with company objectives
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in curtains, blinds, or related interior industry
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic (Lebanese preferred) and/or Russian
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure
- Benefits provided as per UAE Labour Law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
