Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio within the recruitment and staffing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a proven track record of securing new business and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and C-level executives.
- Identify client workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and commercial offers.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, HR consultancy, or B2B service industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging with senior management and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the UAE business landscape.
