Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Promote recruitment and HR consultancy services to prospective corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Arrange meetings, deliver service presentations, and conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate service agreements to secure new business.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience within the UAE market.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency, HR consultancy, staffing firm, or corporate services company is highly preferred.
• Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of UAE business practices, hiring trends, and corporate environments.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or Urdu language skills will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
